The ASC offers a self-paced program or two cohort classes (12 or 7pm). Cohort classes are held on Thursdays and begin the first week in January and run through October with 8 weeks of breaks over Easter and the month of July. Late enrollment is accepted through January 31st. Students interested in a cohort class should enroll and state their cohort interest for the next year.
Gospel Centered Sexuality
“Talk about them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up.” Deut. 6:6-7
This generation must be equipped to confidently articulate their stance on God’s design for sexuality (supported by science) that enables them to not only provide responses beyond the “the bible says so” but “why” God designed it so. Our Gospel Centered Sexuality course offers three options for participation: Two 12 week courses running Winter / Spring or Summer / Fall or meeting once a month February – November. Reflective Listening Exercise
At the core of unwanted behavior is the inability to process negative emotions. The Reflective Listening (RL) Exercise is a key tool in recovery. Applying the RL exercise gives the intellectual system an opportunity to choose long term gain over short term relief. Learn this vital skill for emotional resilience and healthy relationships!
